How to order and pay
Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.
You will receive your Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received your order.
Please allow about 1 week for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage, after your order has been processed.
If you have placed an order as a Guest Order, you may check your order with "Track Order" link in your email account after we fulfill your order.
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Affirm, Afterpay and Shop Pay.
Refunds are processed right after an order is canceled or returned, please allow 1-5 days for refunds to fully process and settle.
If you have any questions about payment or pending transactions, please contact our Customer Service (email@example.com) for further inquiries about your order.
If your payment method has been declined and you notice any pending amounts in your statement, please allow 1-3 days for these transactions to disappear.
If charges continue to appear after 3 days, please contact your card company.
We ship to all 50 states of the United States (except for Alaska Hawaii and Guam).
We ship all packages with signature required option to make sure delivering packages to the customer.
We do not provide international shipping outside of the United States. Please contact us if you need more information about it.
Free Shipping is available on orders of $99 (the amount excluding taxes) or over in the United States.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events.

Sales tax will be applied accordingly to your state of residence. Sales tax is calculated and added to your total at the 'check out' page, based on your shipping address.
